11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

We approach conflict resolution systematically and professionally. Any disputes will first be addressed through direct discussion and negotiation. If necessary, we proceed to mediation with a mutually agreed-upon mediator in Connecticut. Should mediation prove unsuccessful, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Connecticut, with costs shared equally.
